From I-95 North or South

Take Exit # 74. Turn right onto Rt. 161 south and follow to the end.
Turn left onto Main Street (also known as Rt. 156).
Continue for 1 block and turn left onto Smith Ave.
Take first right onto Grand St, left to our driveway and RIGHT ON THE WATER!

From New York City (or coming from the south i.e., traveling I-95 North)

For a more scenic route than the above, and sometimes shorter when I-95 traffic is heavy, take Exit #70 just after the Baldwin Bridge. At the end of the exit, take a right onto Rt. 156. Follow Rt. 156 and signs to Niantic (approx. 10 miles). Once in the Village of Niantic, you will see shops and the Niantic Cinemas (a movie theater) on your left. At the next light (note the Morton House on the corner), take a left onto Rt. 161 and then your first right onto Grand St. Follow Grand St. to the end, left to our driveway and RIGHT ON THE WATER!

From Springfield MA / Hartford

Take I-91 South to Exit #22 S (Rt. 9 South ~ Middletown / Old Saybrook). This is a left hand exit. Follow Rt. 9 South to the very end. Take I-95 North toward New London / Providence. Once on I-95 North, follow either of the directions above.
